REMARKS: There are so many people in Portland who wanted to see the ship I was amazed. At times the wait was over an hour long and yet once aboard our visitors wore nothing but smiles and had lots of interesting questions. For the crew the day was rather hectic. We not only had deck tours going from 10am to 9pm but also trainees signing off and new ones signing on.
