Remarks: Sunday at sea. Crew work on all manner of personal projects – tool making, ditty bags, wire work, sewing, and writing. Sophia and Eric are cooking today and made amazing banana bread for lunch. We provisioned an immense amount of bananas in Cape Town and they are going towards good use now. The wind and swell are on the starboard quarter and we are surfing down at 7, sometimes 8 knots. A good hand on the helm is important when sailing downwind like this. Line has organized a trivia night for today’s marlinspike which we are all looking forward to!
