Remarks: Wind lays down early morning, fire up main engine at 0700 to start our push to the Torres Strait. Diane and Rachel work on seaming sail, Edmund steers us along Pandora’s Passage, named for the British frigate sent out to find Christian and the Bounty mutineers. She hit a reef hearabouts and sank. Then you have Bligh’s Entrance further along where he passed in the Bounty launch. The crew tries to keep cool and out of the sun. Awnings up and cool drinks available.
