Day’s Run – August 6, 2015

Today the down rigging continues. Now that all of the sails are safely tucked away it is time to focus on the running rigging. This includes all lines, hanks, sheet pennants and gaskets, much of which we finished this afternoon. The days are as full and tiring as one spent tacking our way into harbours. The only question remaining by 1700 is – Do you have enough energy left to make it to the front of the shower line?!

SHIP’S WORK: Down rig running rigging; move sails into loft; launch Sea Never Dry; rolled Sea Never Dry to workshop; reefed out the bottom seams of Sea Never Dry.
